You can purchase an option to white label the system that allows you to replace the system logo with your own in both the administration area and in all customer-facing messages and pages. Contact your account administrator for more details and to purchase this additional option.

Once the feature has been added to your account, you can make the following changes:
  1. Remove logo in footer
You now have full control on all footers that are automatically added to email messages sent through the system. Select Settings > Footer to make changes to the footers.

  2. Remove logo from notification and confirmation pages
You will find a list of notification messages and pages under the Settings menu. You will be able to fully edit those messages/pages. They include:

    1. CONFIRMATION REQUEST
    2. EMAIL TO SUBSCRIBED
    3. EMAIL TO UNSUBSCRIBED
    4. CUSTOM OPT-OUT PAGE

  3. Set Subscription/Unsubscription Redirect Page
Under Settings > MESSAGES PAGE you can now specify a custom redirect page that is used when customers subscribe or unsubscribe.

  4. Change the domain name used in links
By pointing a C-NAME to the system, you can use a customized URL for things like confirmation pages, tracked links, the login page for the administration console, and more. See this article for details.

  5. White label the administration console
    1. You can replace the system logo that appears by default on the start page of the administration console by going to Manage > Upload Logo. The image should be maximum 200 pixels wide.
    2. You can also hide the logo that appears in the navigation area by changing the properties of specific administrators. For each user listed under Manage > Access Permissions, click on the icon to modify the user, and then uncheck the options Logo (hides the logo) and News (hides the news section).

  6. If you have a reseller account, you can also change the privacy disclaimer shown at the bottom of certain forms. You can do so in the Advanced Options when editing a list (Settings > Edit Lists).
